  • Designed and developed a multi-tenant, AI-driven IT support and ticketing system that leverages a LangGraph-orchestrated multi-agent workflow to autonomously triage tickets, execute system diagnostics, and guide step-by-step issue resolution.
  • Led the development an AI-powered logistics disruption monitor to automatically aggregate and analyze real-time global disaster, news, and holiday data, providing actionable alerts to safeguard supply chain and transport operations, built with Python, FastAPI, APScheduler background tasks and a multi-LLM LangChain pipeline that filters streams from diverse APIs.
